Center for Student Wellness Patient Portal
The Center for Student Wellness is located on the third (3) floor of Joynes Hall.
Students seeking health services are encouraged to self-schedule in the portal, walk-ins will experience longer wait times.
Students seeking counseling services should use the portal to schedule first time appointments and requests for a call back from the Same Day Counselor. Call 803/323-2206 or e-mail your counselor to schedule follow-up appointments.

GETTING STARTED IS EASY:
- Click the Register button to start registering your account. Please use a FIREFOX browser to access the Patient Portal. For Mac users, a SAFARI browser may also be used. *The Patient Portal does not function properly with Internet Explorer, MS Edge, or Chrome.
ONCE YOUR ACCOUNT IS CREATED, YOU CAN:
- Enter and Upload Immunization Information
- Complete all Immunizaton Compliance Forms (Immunization Compliance)
- Schedule Appointments
- Complete Pre-Visit Forms
- Enter and Upload Insurance Information
- Access Walk-Out Statements
